It feels so awesome to finally be below 160. It's funny how I convinced myself that 150 was fine and that 155 was fine and 160 was o.k. and didn't really start to diet until I got to 165. WOW! I'll never make that mistake again!!
72.1 kg Lost so far: 0.9 kg.    Still to go: 15.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
