as of 3/8/12 my BMR is 2367 x 1.3 (activity level)= 3077
to loose weight should have a 500-1000 c deficit suggested

ACSM says 1800 c min for men... so somewhere between 2077-1800 c

3077 x 7 days= 21539 cal/wk to loose 2# p/wk is 7000c/7= 1000 deficit calories p/day.

2077 cal p/day to loose 2# per wk
