Yesterday was a nearly 12,000 step day! And I enjoyed every one of them!! ;)

This morning, I was back on the treadmill. No sign of my lady friend from yesterday..but that's ok. I rocked out to my music, climbed the highest mountain, and came back to earth with a shattering 450 calories burned! (ok, not earth shattering, but a really good workout on the treadmill!)

My class last night was yet again... fantastic! We went over a very unique questionaire I found online. It's on Dr. Phil's website. If you search for 'Are you Ready' - you should find it. Anyway, it opened up a discussion (which was much needed) - as some people in the group are sitting on the fence. They say out loud they want this. But their actions actually speak a different tune.

Can you relate? I can.

So we took his advice - and looked up the 7 Keys to Weightloss Success - also on his site - and found what we could be doing to set ourselves up for success.

Last thing - is you have to DO! Weightloss is not a thought. It is an action!

Lots to ponder there!!!

One of my favorite quotes is life is not about spontaneous combustion you must light yourself on fire... To many people think about what they want and get sad when they don't get it. Hope you have a great day

I firmly believe it starts in thought process...but if it never continues into the action part..you will frustrate yourself to death in the 'spinning your wheels' dept! Action requires that you DO something! So what did you do today, to reach towards your goals?

I started this morning with good stretches, (since I am still very very restricted on working out) I packed my lunch and planned for this evening out with a friend, came to work and helped encourage a few other ladies at my office who are getting frustrated with weigh loss and we took a 15 minute walk around the building.
