I lost 2.7 lbs today at weigh in, I did Wii Fit and will walk today.My fast is becoming easier to do so I'm to continue it next week Lets all turn it on this week so when the WEAK-END is here we can face it free of guilt.(at least that way we can do a little something for ourselves!) [color=blue][b]We getting an opportunity to learn from each other and this is the most successful tools we can have.I find talking about myself and goals very soothing, even more is reading all the journals and LEARNING is even better!( Next week they take my picture for Jenny Craig but it only going to be in the west ..not national)

I'm not eating anything just liquids and consumme' soup, I like the running in place and aerobic stepping
