Well, Lunch is over. I am still very low on my carbs, that is OK too. I will keep tracking and see how it goes tomorrow when I weigh in.
I am learning so much on FS. I am not as stupid as I once thought I was, after reading so much about Keto, etc. I am working harder to understand what I am reading and after reading posts from others here, I am seeing that I am not the only one who is learning here.
Thank God for FS!!!

We are all learning ALL the time, bits and pieces from everyone, if something does not work, we try something else that works, when we have plateaus we go on to something else. We don't want the body to get complacent, it seems it always need a different jump start once in awhile to get things moving in a positive direction..Keep it going !!!

This learning curve feels pretty steep to me. Very grateful for all the support and knowledge here! In the last few weeks I've learned things about my body that I should better have learnt in middle school. Better late than never. It's wonderful to feel like I'm not alone in this. I enjoy your posts.

Thanks both, DO N OK and T8U9, for the great comments and compliments. I do appreciate all input in this journey of mine. I also feel as if I am not alone in this quest to be good to me and not being alone either.
