Leg is feeling better today- think I will walk on the treadmil at lunch- get it moving slowly again- that part doesn't really hurt- it is squats that I can't do- so I will stay away from that for now- I have gained a pound so far this week which is in the wrong direction- got to at least break even by Thursday (weigh in day)
