I was dreading my weigh in since my diet has been horrible the last few days - people in town and no time to cook but yesterday I noticed my pants felt a little looser...and then this morning I wiegh in at 132. excellent. must be all the extra activity - read shopping and doing house stuff. Although my calorie intake was higher I was aware of what I chose and made some smart decisions - like not partaking in the 10 pm wendys meal on saturday. Still really need to add exercise but now the schedule is even tighter... Really don't like the part where it says at this rate it will take me 2 months to reach my goal. ugh. Must stay on track...must stay on track...
