TGIF, I think anyway. I received my "FitBit" clone yesterday. I think I am going to really like this idea of tracking all my steps and seeing what my heartrate is. I didn't lose any overnight, but I didn't gain any either. That is good. I would have probably bought a real FitBit eventually but this one was so cheap, because of a site I am listed on, instead of the normal price of $39.99, I paid only $0.29. Not a bad price and since I am cheap to the bone. I bought it and all for a review. I can review anything I need for a smaller price than the original. Anyway, today is a new day, one filled with hope and renewed resolve to lose weight, get fit and get off my butt and move. Onward and Downward!!! P.S. I just figured out why I didn't lose anything from yesterday. I didn't drink my water!!! Big dummy, you have to drink water daily. I drink stuff, but I don't drink enough water. I must put water first on my list of things to do, everyday, not just today.
