Well I just cheated for about the first time today. Im still proud though cause I cheated in moderation. LOL. If this was a week ago I would of had no problem eating the entire container. My boyfriend made a very fatting and delious bean dip for himself last night with taco chips. I resisted last night but this afternoon I ate 3 or 4 tbsp with 4 chips. Really I could of eaten the whole thing it was so good. Ow well. I guess Ill just have to jump right back on the band wagon. Ill count it as something in my daily allotment so I dont keep going over calories. Maybe a protien???? Its made of refried beans and cheese... Hmmmm. Ow well. Hopefully I resist a little better next time. I never cheat when someone else is around me cause I want to be sucessful so bad.

I've had fat free refried beans and counted them as a protein or starch. I compared the ingredients to the vegetarian fat free baked beans and its very close. Next time have him make it with the FF refried beans and melt some RF cheese on it, or however it is made.
