Unfortunately, today I had one of my worst binges in a very long time. In my area of the world, school has started. I work for the school in the café. Just a bad day in general.
I am thinking, it is done and out of the way. Tomorrow is a new day. I have a delicious WW friendly lunch prepared for myself, and it is Friday!
