What a great day today has been. I have eaten three very good and filling meals today, and I am still only at 85% of my RDI. I will take it for sure.
Our 46th Anniversary is today and we really just did nothing, but enjoyed each others company.
So happy with my life, my spouse and all that goes on in my life too.
I may be a bit overweight, but I am a happy person who is working on getting healthy and fit, for the first time is a decade.
I will do this, for the rest of my life, and I will not give up on me, not one more time.
