Since I won't be running for the next week- I will be surprised when I stop walking with a limp- I need to find additional ways to lose the weight- I will be very good on calories- maybe just do upper body work out- we will see what I come up with

I know just how you feel. I tore a calf muscle two weeks ago and couldn't do anything for a couple of days. After two days of R.I.C.E. I started with upper body workouts, some yoga, swimming, and deep water aerobics. You can do it!!! Just be creative and you will still be successful.

Awww oh no, feel better!! You can always lift 5lb weights or something even while sitting down? That would bu rn some calories. Or do...sit ups? :(
