I have done almost every diet program and diet fad. I even tried the HCG drops which caused chest discomfort. I am seeing a nutritionist. My problem is simple....I love food! I am determined to get to my goal weight this year by my birthday in August. I welcome all the encouragement to help me along this journey.

Hi there! I was looking at your diet calendar...who put you on only 1200 calories a day? You probably start at 2000 and as you lose weight decrease your calories. I don't wanna hurt your feelings but your choices are horrible!! Try more protein, veggies and fruits. I love Aunt Millie's bread..light whole wheat at 35 calories a slice. You can do this...and don't skip meals!!

Honeywife: You are not hurting my feelings....its true. I appreciate the feedback. My choices were terrible today. My nutritionist has me on 1200 cal a day. I have lost 30lbs.
