Well guys, now I'm worried I won't be able to keep walking like I have been, the weather just got really cold. It went from 70's to 50's to 30's in just a few days. I'm going to have to start getting up early so I can get plenty of exercise from my videos. I can't just lay around and expect to keep losing so fast. The glory of my weigh in has now turned into the anxiety of keeping it going down.
The timing of this contest kinda stinks for me, my TOM is coming up in just a few days, and I am bad about retaining water. I have tried to cut back on salt but I will die without it. :)
Dang I've cut back on so much other stuff, you can't take EVERYTHING away that has flavor.
I'm good and stocked up on fudgsicles and ricotta for sweet cravings, which seem to pop up out of nowhere around this time.
On a positive note,I got my new scale, I'm happy about that.
Well, here's hoping this is another good week, despite the bombardment of bad weather, feeling cruddy, AND a Christmas party.
Oh yes..I am scared..

Switch to Sea Salt. It has less sodium than the regular table salt. I put it in a salt shaker for me and my husband keeps using it. he can't even tell the difference, so I'm using it for all my household needs from now on! You can't tell the difference really and it's so much better for you! I hope that works for you, you know I'm pulling for ya big time (even if you aren't green!)

We use sea salt too. I really can't tell the difference either. Don't worry Lotus! You can do it.

You're doing fine! just put on some silly dance music your little girl likes and have fun jumping and dancing around the house! I'll bet she'd love to have you act silly with her! I only hope I can do as well as you are

First off...GREAT JOB on your Loss!! HOLY BUCKETS you kicked some serious butt..WHY to GO! Don't worry so much...do what you can, you seem to find the right answers (noting your loss). Gain, take a breath and we'll kick some serious butt on this 'YEHAW' weight loss! :o)

Thanks, ya'll, for the encouragement. I promise to do my best, and not to let my team down! I know I keep having these major ups and downs in my emotions, but that is partly due to you-know-what time of the month..coming soon to a diet near you..:(

Lol, I know it's my time and I hate it! I told Greg last night on the way home I felt bad and he's all like "do you need something to eat? drink?" like that helps. No I need something to stop my back pain, and the nausea and cramps. How horrible. Anyway, enough talk about that. You'll do fine this week, I'm sure of it - stay positive!
