so far so good today. I just made a delicious chicken piccata, with whole grain wild rice and steamed broccoli. Very tasty. I feel like I haven't sat down all day. Cleaned house, took the kiddos to the park, made dinner, had a melt down with my 4 year old daughter(how a 4 year old can be so dramatic, I will never know) and then to help cheer her up we played tickle monster for an hour which means, I was running/crawling over the house as the monster while she got all the tickles. then bathtime, and got the kids to bed. Whew! I am tired just writing it all down. Now I am laying in my bed enjoying the peace and quiet!! So, needless to say, no exercising tonight. I will commit to working out each day this week though.
