Yesterday started out great, went to my TOPS meeting, showed a loss, came home and was hungry, DH fixed us a nice lunch, vege. cassorole, but we had some wine, I usally only have one small glass but I ended up having 3 small glasses, When the carbs hit me I had such a headache and felt wiped out, it lasted the rest of the day and I went to bed at 8 pm, slept till 5 am today. Sure going to only have 1 glass of wine if or when I have it next time.
