No exercise for me today :-) as much as I would have loved to go for a walk because the weather was so nice I took a 3 hour nap instead, and I am finally ok with having a day off, my body needs it to recooperate and get some strength back, after having a day off I'm always ready to start my Monday morning workout with full force and extra energy.
I'm finally getting excited over my weight loss numbers again I was down to 180.4 at my lowest last year but got back up to 212, but now am so close to that number I can see some light at the end of the tunnel, and I have lost well over 75% off the total 150 lbs I want to lose, I guess I am a math freak:-) haha if you can't tell always trying to figure and numbers and percentages. Only 33 more lbs to lose and I will be half the person I once use to be, could be one of the happiest days of my life. So this is definielty the week to kick some butt and sweat sweat sweat. I almost bought a shirt the other day that says "SHUT UP AND SWEAT" still think I will thought it was a cute shirt to wear to the gym.
