Well today has been a good day for me. I didn't eat as many calories that FS says I need, but hey, the day ain't over yet. I did eat better I think. I know I feel better after eating three whole meals today. I must have been not eating enough and that was hurting me, not helping. so.... I will work harder to do what I need to do, to see the weight go away. I know it won't go away on it's own, I must also exercise as I feel better and I did my Yoga today. Not the whole routine, but... I did it without adding any counting to it, just a count of 30 per pose. I think I get into it so much, that I think I can do more and more, and in reality I am older than I used to be, so I must take a while to get back into the whole exercise routine again. It has been awhile since I did it on a regular basis so.. I have to take my time in adding to my time for each pose. I can do this!!! I get so excited for all here who are doing so great, I don't want to sound envious but it does make me know I am in good company, people who also are in the same place I am and we are all working together to succeed in our own goals. Onward and Downward!
