Breakfast is over, I recorded it and have eaten 686 calories for breakfast. I love it. I ate only real foods, sausage, eggs. But it will keep me feeling full for a longer period of time. I weighed in this morning, 196.8. I love it when those scales go Down. Onward and Downward!!!
