I did my Wii fit workout and I'm getting ready for my fast on Monday.After reading a few journals it seems the problem some of us are having is on sat & sunday It makes sense we would ,too many choices too much time. If we can control these two days I think we could get through alot distractions during the week. We should call it the WEAK -END because that seems to be the diet down time ,Well as long as we stay on track the other five days we'll soon conquer theother two one day at a time. Enjoy the rest of our WEAK-END and lets start off in FULL force ......it true there is STRENGTH IN NUMBERS!!!

I always knew my french was a little shaky! no offense taken I'm really focused in what I'm doing now so I don't want to get off course I try to maintain the day to day thing!

Great play on words! But SOOO true! Even tho I stayed w/in my limits(the high end) I did indulge in some 'luxurious foods' !I love my olive oil and cheese :)

I couldn't have said it any better. Isn't the WEAK-end suppose to be about relaxation and over-indulgence?! Sigh. Like you said, someday we'll overcome these two days too!

I am so happy for my FatSecret army that is fighting behind me in this struggle. The weekends are difficult, but as you said, they will be defeated. That's for being so optimistic!!

I agree! Weakends are so hard! Good luck fasting tomorrow - I am doing it today... Mondays are bad enough already... :)

Love the WEAK-ENDS comment. I have the hardest time with them but at least if we acknowledge that's part of the issue we can begin to fix it...Good luck tomorrow on your fasting. Hope that it goes well!

As everyone has agreed, WEAKends, it is... that's why I weigh in on Monday... to try to keep myself accountable over the weekend. Obviously, it didn't work this week, but has been in past weeks.

I finally came out of a "weak-end" and didn't gain. I know they will always be more of a struggle than the rest of the week, but they can be conquered!!
