Ohhh man, getting nervous about my weigh in tommorrow.I was actually tempted to step on the scale this morning, but I really would rather weigh on a scale I know is accurate. I'm scared. If I didn't lose anything, I am going to be so mad, you just don't even know. It's weird how I beleive so strong in other people but when it comes to myself I always imagine the worst. Actually the worst would be if I gained, but I really don't see how that is possible, I have been exercising every day and have followed the diet 100%. Why am I so worried? Sheesh. Well for some reason, today I'm a little run down and not as happy-go-lucky as yesterday, energy-wise. Just kind of been feeling like staying in bed and eating bon bons. Just kidding(about the bonbons at least). Maybe it's the weather. Yesterday was sunny, clear blue skies and in the 70's and today is cloudy,overcast and windy and in the lower 50's. It's nothing like winter in Michigan, where I lived before I got married, and where my family lives, but a gloomy day nonetheless. I was ready to quit walking after 1.5 miles, I felt so tired. I don't know why, I got enough sleep. I almost just called it quits and went back home, but a little voice was telling me that I would regret it if I didn't stick it out, especially since I may not get much of a chance to exercise tommorrow. It took me longer than yesterday, but I finished 4.2 miles in 70 minutes. I added up the miles from my exercise chart on my fridge, and I walked a total of 24.7 miles this week, so not too bad. I used to walk 5 miles 6 times a week..but that was long ago. :( I also did a 20 minute Biggest Loser workout(strength training), plus 20 minutes cool down and yoga. I felt pretty good once I was through. I really want to build some muscle and MELT THIS FAT! Well I really don't have much to complain about, so I don't know why today seemed so crummy. Hope ya'lls day was a little more fun(and energetic)! P.S. Tommorrow's the big day! YEEHAW! ;)
