I guess that was short lived!I have come to the conclusion that I am a food addict and if it was for the fact i am very active i would be 200 or pounds over weight! I am going to try some different techniques for dealing with this problem. I just binge all day yesterday and friday afternoon and night. It was very sicking even for me to think about. Not to mention the effect is is having on my BG levels. I am going to do better today. Wish me luck!

I am wishing you luck and encouragement. Don't give up. I know how hard it is to get the weight off. I keep losing the same 5 to 10 pounds for the last 10 years. This time I have set my mind to keep going no matter how discouraged I get. You have to do the same. I figure if I keep exercising at least it has to be doing some good even if the scale doesn't reflect my efforts. So keep fighting the battle and your buddies will keep supporting you!!

I know you can do it but it will take small steps , try grazing instead of all at once, eat little portions throughout the day GOOD LUCK TO YOU
