Breakfast is done, and recorded.
Yoga is done, at least for the morning, I may have to do them again, this evening to up my activity for today, depending on what I do the rest of the day that is. I did time my Yoga today, to see how long that actually takes me to do. It amounted to only 18 minutes, but that is 18 minutes of good clean exercises as far as I am concerned.

Yes, if only I could. LOL You know how it is, when you have things to do, and now you feel better and you know they must be done, so I did them. Laundry, cooked lunch, and vacuuming. All the wonderful things that need doing, whether I like them or not. Just very glad I feel like doing them today. Thanks Trucker Larry!!!!
