3/4 c. Almond flour, Zest of one Meyer lemon, 2 tsp erythritol, 1 tsp baking powder and pinch salt mixed. Add 1 lightly beaten egg, 2 tbls melted butter, juice of Meyer lemon, 1 tsp lemon extract (optional). Divide into two mugs. Microwave for 1.5 minutes. Top with cream and berries.
