This website really is amazing, isn't it? If you have a smartphone, I would also highly recommend downliading the fatsecret app too! I honestly don't know how I could manage with the app and this site. It's definitely been one of the key things that has helped me get this far!

I completely agree :) It's really interesting to be able to see what I'm really eating. I've learned more about myself by simply tracking what I eat. I also use the fatsecret app on my smartphone. It's really handy because I can enter what I've eaten or exercises I've done right after. The balance between calories burned and calories consumed is really insightful.

As well as being able to keep really good track of what I'm eating, I also like being able to explore what other people are eating. I figure I might learn something by looking through the food logs of people who are doing really well :)
