Well, so far no exercises today. I still don't feel up to doing them, too much too soon, is not conducive with getting better.
I did get to go shopping, for some much needed foods and I guess you can count that as exercises?
Anyway, I am not doing more than what I have to do, so I can get better and do what I need to do, to lose more weight.
I have maintained my weight thru this all, so that is a big plus.
I do weigh daily, so that I can keep on going downward.
I will get better, it does take time, as we age, it seems to take longer, so I must just live with it and wait until I feel better to get back to my normal routine.
