This is the 10th day of my diet and I am soooo hungry. I don't understand it. So far, I've eaten nearly half a rotisserie chicken and leftover meatloaf from last night's supper. I haven't gone over, but I usually have a lot more food in reserve for the end of the day.
Maybe I haven't been eating enough. I looked over my diet calendar, and I'm averaging 600 calories less than I'm allowed. I'll try upping it.
