Well, another day, Thank God I am feeling better!! I am not going to do my Yoga/Stretches today. I want to be fully recovered before doing them, so I can do them right and not slack on them, or cause a relapse in my illness. So I am still counting my calories tho. I need that, no matter what the day holds, my calorie count comes first. I have to keep tracking and not eating the things I shouldn't eat, no matter what happens to me. More later I am sure.
