Well, another day, Thank God I am feeling better!!
I am not going to do my Yoga/Stretches today.
I want to be fully recovered before doing them, so I can do them right and not slack on them, or cause a relapse in my illness.
So I am still counting my calories tho.
I need that, no matter what the day holds, my calorie count comes first.
I have to keep tracking and not eating the things I shouldn't eat, no matter what happens to me.
More later I am sure.

Thank you snakeyjane, I do really feel better and have actually been up and out of the bed all day, so different from my day yesterday. I think I slept more than I was awake. lol But now I am feeling better and after eating better today and not exercising I will continue to get better and better. Tomorrow I will begin doing my exercises for sure. Not good to return to soon, after being ill. Thanks again!!!!!!!
