Started at 139 Kgs on 15th Feb. Lost 5 kgs in 15 days by the following routine.
1. Got up early, drank 2 glasses of lukewarm water
2. After 30 minutes had a glass of tomato and Milk gourd juice.
3.Went out for 6 kms brisk walk @ 10 mins/ km . (Time taken - 1 hour)
4. Exercised for an hour with a combination of stretch , light , medium and heavy exercises. ( Time taken - 1 hour)
5. Did yoga for 30 minutes followed with pranayam for an hour - (Time taken - 1 hour 30 minutes)
6. Did meditation for 10 minutes ( Time taken 10 minutes).
After that, went to office.
Returned at night and walked slowly after dinner before going to bed.
