Last night I was VERY bad!!! I had fries and half a veggie burger w lots of mayo. I'm going to have to work really hard today to make up for it. I felt so guilty I couldnt sleep. I tried to record all my food but after that I just couldnt. But I'm going to throw away the other half and get back to eating healthy. :P
