I am still a bit under the weather to day. I think it may be sinus related? But am not doing any of my normal exercises today, a day off won't hurt and may help my body to heal.
I will continue down my path of no sugar, and watching my calorie intake, so that will keep me going in the right direction.
I didn't even weigh in today, I don't have the urge so I am not.
I must keep in mind that I am in control of what I do and what I don't do, and I need a day off from some things now and then.
It won't push me off track but it will help me to heal, and keep on moving downward in my goals to lose the weight and to get more into a better lifestyle, one that keeps the weight off too.
Onward and Downward!!! My new motto it seems. lol
