Oh yeah, it is working!!!! I am down 3 pounds in 2 weeks, no sugar is my biggest answer for how I can lose the weight and keep it off. I am loving this. Working out daily now isn't a big chore, I actually look forward to it and feel so much better after doing it. I have been eating less than the calories listed here says I should be eating but hey, that is OK. I am doing good.
