DDR Superstar's Journal, 28 Feb 12

Pretty unhappy last night weighed myself and I was back to 170 somehow. But no matter. I had already noticed that something was off. Got up this morning and went to the gym to swim but the pool was packed. Luckily I had brought all the things I needed to use the treadmill so I decided to face it even though that is the gym where I messed up my hip. It went very well, I stayed on for 35 minutes went up in pace and my hip feels better just have to keep on moving. Hopefully I will lose some of the weight I gained back but in the meantime I am finally getting back on track.
