Finally, I found a page that I can do all I want to, record my weight, my goals and my foods. I think that I may really like this one, as it seems easy to use. I am learning again how to do my daily exercises and this time, I have incorporated Yoga into my Pilates. I usually call them Stretching but it is really Pilates. I am no longer eating any White Sugar. This has really helped me to not over eat. I don't have the same cravings as I have had before, when still eating sugar. What a great place I have found here.
