Just grateful for FS , members, community, challenges , recipes, food listings and support. I know today I would be still trying to find the solution if FS didn't exist, but I would not be here in success without ALL of FS. I am enjoying my wins and losses. I even enjoying my mistakes...opportunity to learn something new about myself . For me Keto is really great....I know not for all. But, for me....today...just right.
