Am back from the gym and errands. Just had my lunch. It is clear sunshine and warm. I have been having some fun reading through member's journal entries. The various view points and thoughts encourage me. I am so glad I have this place to come and immerse myself in the community part of this effort. I am not just doing a "diet". I am changing how I am in my life. Good stuff. This place is good stuff.

Other member's journals contain tons of experiences and ideas that I pull from regularly. I am most interested in the writings of FS posters that have reached healthy weights through natural, everyday changes and improvements to their WOE and lifestyle. I suspect those individuals are the ones more likely to keep the weight off permanently, rather than the "fad" dieters. I definitely enjoy reading the tips and tricks, many of which I've adopted myself.
