It hasn't been a good three weeks. I've hardly lost weight but I am losing inches. I am getting myself together, though.
122.7 kg Lost so far: 32.0 kg.    Still to go: 22.9 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

Inches are so much better than wt. Congrats to you. Some fitness experts say we shouldnt even use a scale. So very happy for you

Usually when I don't lose a bunch of weight, and am still trying, it is because my body is readjusting, and usually I find that my clothes are suddenly too big. You are absolutely a different girl than you were a year ago!!
