I am trying to re-gain control after steadily gaining about 15 pounds since my hysterectomy last year. Before then, I was in the best shape since my early 20's. I had a regular workout routine while eating basically the same diet I have now. I don't know where my motivation to work out has gone, but I do know that I feel terrible from being so sedentary. Feeling determined. I will find my way. : )
