I teach. It's summer break and I thought I'd get a few days of peace before jumping in as the summer program coordinator for the month of July. No such luck. The last two days have been longer and more stressful than an actual work day during the school year ever is, in turn causing me to want to eat ALL THE PIZZA. I haven't given in though, so take that, stress!

I had one of these nights after 3 days off hell working in ICU. I love what I do but sometimes I hit my breaking point. I unfortunately succumbed not only to pizza but also a bottle of wine. Back on track today.

I keep reminding myself that Saturday is my day and if I track my calories just right, I'll get to eat some of the things I abstain from the other 6 days of the week. It's tough because I'm going from a period of 2 years where I ate whatever I wanted and how much I wanted. Using this site and seeing I'm not going at this alone has been very helpful these last two weeks. Thanks for sharing your experience. It really helps!
