F-I-N-A-L-L-Y below 160! I've been very strict on my diet the past several days and it has paid off! I've found a new "meal" that I love:
Activia light vanilla 1/8 cup chopped walnuts mixed in 1 cup fruit (mostly strawberries this week) 1/4 cup low fat cottage cheese
Good for 1 of the 5 small "meals" I am eating per day. Now, the weekend is coming up and I cannot slip up. My goal is to enter everything. So, I will have to plan and prepare, but I'm gonna do it! Yeah, finally some relief.

YES! Enjoy the feeling of success, really, before moving on. We get so obsessed with this weight loss stuff that when we finally reach a goal we're just like, OK, NEXT! Enjoy the feeling of reaching a goal, even if it's not your final one.

I think I need to try your favorite meal! ALways looking for something good and easy! I bet my kids would like this too- maybe without the nuts though...

Yeah, I hated nuts, I always thought they ruined everything, until a couple of months ago, I just started liking them! Probably because I always was told nuts are fattening, but in moderation, they are good for you! Also, I eat the cottage cheese first to get it over with, and then on to the fruit, nuts and yogurt! I love dipping the fruit in the vanilla yogurt.
Thanks for keeping me motivated guys!

Wow! Congrats on getting below 160!! I'm really pushing to get into the 150's also. Can't wait! Your yogurt meal sounds really good. I might have to try that out! Keep planning and preparing and this weekend will go well. :)
