Day 35- I am getting to that point that I hit a wall, it has been 7-8 yrs sense I have been 214. Back then I would get to 212-214 and stall. The lowest I can remember is 210, but I did not stay there long. BTW, I was doing the Atkins diet back then. I also have to figure out how to get rid of my gut... everything I read/hear says crunches are not the way.......plus I hate them, always have, even back when I was a 'hardbody' in HS.

I get really frustrated when my weightloss appears to flatline, but I've learned from experience that if I just keep doing what I'm doing then eventually my body gives in and plays ball. Just keep it up, because if you continue to consume less calories than you use it's inevitable that the extra fat with eventually come off. Stay strong!
