Thanks Mohit, I am working my best!! Though have some food craving usually during evenings? Any suggestions any one what to eat at around 6om, I feel so hungry and can munch on anything?

Have a fruit bowl, or roasted gram (or chick peas), or soya nuggets. They are relatively low on calories.
