So I couldn't start Monday because I had already scheduled a trip to an amusement park and I couldn't cancel. I tried to eat healthy at the park, so I split a hummus wrap, spring rolls and cookies with my friend. Today, it was hard to cook healthy because this morning I pulled a neck muscle and my arm and head were almost immobile. I've been feeling better, and plan to start eating really healthy starting tomorrow, and as soon as my neck and shoulder heal, I'll start exercising. Speaking of exercising, me and my Mom went out and bought workout clothes so we will have something to work out in. We also plan to, as soon as we aren't ashamed of our bodies, to start going to a gym as often as possible. :)

Life has a way of getting in the way of the best laid plans. Doing the best you can is all any of us CAN do. As for going to the gym, it's not really a place to be worried about HOW you look! I guarantee no one is paying any attention to you, they are all concentrating on themselves!
