Yesterday 2-21-2012 i decided to start working out again, did the kettle bell and cleaned house I didnt realzie how much i needed the workout so I am fully back to working out woohoo I did so bad last weekend but this week back on it full force i gained 8.6 pounds from cheating that is just plain stupid on my part but I have lost 5.8 of that and almost back down to were I was the week before, I really need to just say NO but it was hard, so I am back on track fully focused.
