I did not workout again today. Did very well morning and lunch with my eatting. It's the late after noon that seems to kill me. Need to figure what to get me over this?

I agree--late afternoon is my down fall. A protein snack at 4:00 helps some--(I have found I eat when I am tired)I am better if I make dinner in the morning and stick it in the crock pot and have salad ready to toss--then I can stay out of the kitchen! Hang in there--I am sure you'll find a strategy that works for you !

Try almonds as a snack. They help me because they give me that crunch I crave. They are also, low carb, no sugar, low calorie, but have protein and fiber which is good. Sometimes just chewing sugar free gum helps too.
