Ah man, ah man! :( consistency is really key! I was so happy to be under 60 yesterday that I decided to not go swimming but instead to go to a friend's house for dinner... always a bad idea when you're trying to eat carefully!!! Now I have to take my ow advice and get back on the wagon! I set a new goal for myself for this week; to be 58 by Friday. That seems even more preposterous now but I'm gonna give all I can! So, here goes...
