STRESSFUL DAY! Ugh... my cat (my baby) Goober got up WAAAAY high and ate some leaves off a peace lily my boyfriend got me as a valentine's day present... I know it's toxic but I literally put it so far away from everything I couldn't event get to it, let alone the cats... but he did. So I had to rush him into the hospital, and basically I was so stressed that I just went to sleep until the doctor called.

Thankfully he was alright, and knowing that he was okay gave me some renewed enthusiasm to work out. However I'm having some trouble classifying what type of work out I'm doing.

I do work out at home (and I see that there is a "light home exercise" under calisthenics... but the work out is basically part aerobic, part circuit training, and the rest is ab work... so I don't know how to classify this. This time I've just listed it as circuit training, but I don't want to cheat myself. Any suggestions?
