K so just went to the gym and was going to run for 25 minutes, but I said why not go all the way. So I ran a 5k in 31:17 min. It felt AWESOME. I didn't even walk or slow down once I just kept running, it really is amazing what out body is capable off if we believe we can do it and just keep going. It certainly is a mind thing if You believe you can do it YOU CAN!!!!!
