Valentine's candy (a gift) kept calling my name and I finally succumbed, then went on a mini-binge of general overeating (but still not many carbs except the candy, which was enough). I actually gained and only just now got back to where I was last week.
80.7 kg Lost so far: 2.1 kg.    Still to go: 21.8 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
