First morning workout commuting from my new place. Forgot my bus pass and had to turn back when I was halfway to my stop so I missed the faster bus but was able to get to the gym at about the same time as I normally do when I workout before work.

I don't know what it was about today's choice of workout clothing but I felt like a sausage. And I feel like I look like a sausage. I haven't gained a lot of weight but I feel like my mid section is protruding even more. Maybe because I'm losing inches elsewhere? *sigh*

I did play soccer last night and worked out this morning but still have immense guilt about not working out as much as usual last week and for gaining weight steadily since December. I was so close to being able to consistently say I've lost 30 pounds :(
